Užas. Blue je njihov najgori album i jedini koji nema niti tona vezanog uz gothic. MIslim da se taj album trebao izdat pod imenom Wayne Hussey, al jebga.

Neznam,meni je ova stvar zakon,ali ako realno gledam Blue nije nešto,baš kao i dosadni Neveverland.No opet Masque mi ima par ok. pjesama što se nebi moglo reći za katastrofalnu Auru iz 2001.
Što se mene tiče First Chapter,God's Own Medicine i Children su kultna trilogija kompletno gledajući.Kasnije su izdali pokoji dobar singl i to bi bilo to.Nisam slušao ovaj zadnji God Is a Bullet.Ako valja reci,pa ću se bacit na skidanje

Ma bolje nemoj. Svi su ga nahvalili, dobio je jebene recenzije, kao neki povratak korijenima je bio najavljivan i na kraju niš posebno. Jako dosadan album, jedino kaj valja je onaj hitoidan single 'Keep it in the familiy'.Samo čudi me da ti je 'Neverland' dosadan koji po meni ima pregršt dobrih momenata, a sve je okrunjeno sa zadnjom stvari 'Daddy is going to heaven now' koja je pomeni sam vrh Husseyevog stvaralaštva, iako je istina da su trebali promijeniti ime nakon Hinklerovog odlaska.

Neverland mi je snimio Alan Vega još davno i upozorio me da izbjegavam Blue.Iskreno(pojma nemam zašto),tada mi se Blue čak i svidio,valjda zbog žeščeg ritma naslovne stvari.Ali i stvari poput Dying Room.Album je totalno drukčiji i zato mi se svidio.A Neverland mi je zvučao ko melankolični i malo mračniji U2 sa lelujavim gitarama.

Marcus Birro has just released his new book, "To live and die as Joe Strummer." The book focuses largely on Birro's 80s in Gothenburg, Sweden, and his relationship with old friends and idols. One of these idols are Wayne Hussey who was a member of the British bands The Sisters of Mercy and The m*****n. Both bands were iconic and gigantic, for those who were called goths in the 80s. Marcus Birro wanted to do a show about his new book and wanted to have one of his idols involved on stage to play music. Would it be Morrissey, Joe Division, The Clash or Thåström? Not likely ...

But just as unlikely;

In the spring, Marcus Birro lifted the phone and rang Wayne Hussey, who now lives in Brazil. Nervously, he asked if Wayne could imagine that maybe, possibly, possibly, if it was feasible to participate in a performance that would tour around in Sweden this autumn. After a few seconds of silence said Wayne Hussey;

"I would love to! Send me the dates and I'll come to Stockholm and rehearse a few days early before we go on tour. It will be a blast!"

And that's where are we now. Marcus Birro, Wayne Hussey and musician Mats Lerneby will make 13 performances this autumn, starting at the Södra Teatern on October 23. The show is based on Birros texts from the book "To live and die as Joe Strummer", who along with Wayne Husseys music and lyrics will be woven together into a poetic rock show. Wayne Hussey will play both old classics from the The Sisters Of Mercy / The m*****n-era aswell as new material written for the show.

We are very pleased and excited to be able to tell you that Wayne Hussey, Craig Adams, & Simon Hinkler are currently in the studio deep in the heart of Sussex at the moment with drummer Budgie (formerly of Siouxsie & The Banshees, The Creatures, and The Slits) recording an album of new songs to be released in time for The Mission’s 25th anniversary shows in October. We know this is news to most of you but we have been trying very hard to keep it under wraps until everything was ready but it seems that the news has been leaked so we thought we would let you know before you heard it elsewhere.
The last Mission album that Craig was involved in was ‘Aura’ ten years ago whilst Simon’s last involvement with the band was his guest appearances at the Shepherds Bush shows just three years ago although the last album Simon actually played on was ‘Carved In Sand’, not withstanding his mighty fine guitar solo on ‘Grotesque’ from the band’s last album ‘God Is A Bullet’.
Wayne has actually been in a band with Budgie before, albeit for just two days along with Ian Broudie from The Lightning Seeds, many years ago when they both lived in Liverpool in the late 70′s and before they both went on to achieve a degree of success with other bands and, in Wayne’s case, notoriety.
The album will be released by the band’s old label, Universal, and is being produced by Tim Palmer who previously produced ‘God’s Own Medicine’ and the aforementioned ‘Carved In Sand’. In the interim Tim has worked with bands as diverse as U2, Pearl Jam, David Bowie, and HIM amongst many many others. All the new songs were written jointly by the band with Wayne providing the lyrics as usual.

Veliki reunion koncert u Londonu povodom 25 godina benda je rasprodan.

Možda zato jer su Fieldsi predgrupa.

Prerano mi je za neke opake kritike , ali jedno mogu slobodno izjaviti. U gothic , dark , mračnim izričajima i žanrovima , bez konkurencije.
